Author Guidelines

  • Article types: research articles (up to 10 pages), review articles and short communications.
  • Structure: title, abstract (150 to 250 words), 4 to 6 keywords, introduction, methods, results, discussion, conclusion and references (IEEE style).
  • Authors: full names, affiliations, institutional emails and ORCID iDs (strongly encouraged).
  • Submission: online, through the "Make a Submission" button. Email submissions are not accepted.
  • Originality: manuscripts must be original, not under review elsewhere, and are screened for similarity before review.
  • Use of AI tools: declare any generative AI use in the Methods or Acknowledgements. AI tools cannot be listed as authors.
  • Charges: article processing charge of Rs 1,250 (Indian authors) or US$ 20 (authors from other countries).

Submission Preparation Checklist

All submissions must meet the following requirements.

  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
  • The submission file is in Microsoft Word document file format.
